We ship most items next day and delivered within 4-7 days from day of purchase.  Some items may take longer for delivery.  If delivery will take longer for an order we will contact you and let you know.

We offer a 30 day full money back guaranteed for most items but for orders that have custom sizing such as rings, bracelets and request for custom chain length for necklaces there are no returns because of the labor that is involved in sizing. 

Return item must be in new condition as it was received.

Tennis and cuban jewelry is considered custom orders we accept returns with 10% restock fee for an exchange.

If you want to exchange for a different size we can do that depending on the item there may be a small labor cost.
