RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy for most of our products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Note:
For items that have custom sizing there are returns with 10% restock fee because of the labor that is involved in sizing.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product for another size there is a small labor cost to resize. You can contact us with that request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If there is ever any issue we offer repairs, depending on the issue there is a small labor cost, so if you have any issues you can contact us with a photo and let us know.

2. What’s Covered
The lifetime warranty covers: Structural integrity issues (e.g., loose stones, broken clasps, or prongs)
Please note that normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered under this warranty.
3. How to Submit a Repair Request
To start a warranty repair request:

- A clear photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your request within 3-5 business days and confirm if the issue is covered under warranty.
4. Approval & Shipping Instructions
If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your jewelry for repair.
The customer is responsible for:
- Packaging the jewelry securely to prevent further damage.
- Covering two way shipping costs for sending the item to us and for us to ship the item back you.
5. Repair Cost
There may be a repair fee depending on the nature of the damage and if it falls outside the warranty scope.
We will provide a quote for any potential costs after assessing the item.
6. Estimated Repair Time
Once we receive your jewelry, the typical repair process takes 7-10 Days. We'll notify you if additional time is needed.
7. Limitations & Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to accidents, negligence, or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Loss or theft of the jewelry
The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
8. Care Instructions
To prolong the life of your jewelry and minimize repair needs:
- Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or using harsh chemicals.
- Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box for protection.
